Quick Access – the early bird gets the worm

It is not easy keeping up with the Jones’. But in our ever-changing markets & tough times, it is important to allow the sales force to understand, never mind keep up with all the new technology – from iPhone/iPad’s with applications, tables and smartphones, it can’t be easy to assist a client seamlessly. Unless we are flexible in what we do with our customers or prospects for that matter, to allow their needs to fall easily into place with our systems, we won’t be keeping up with the Jones’.
Tools are very important to a sales person. The easier and quicker I can get in front of my customer or prospect, the better. I don’t want to be sitting behind the desk updating things. I want a quick, on-the-go, easy-to-use system that will allow me to update it as soon as I have a chance. May it be in the car, at the coffee shop after my meeting, or at home or the office, when I have a moment.
It is of vital importance that we do not spend hours per day updating systems to ensure everyone is on the same page, managers know what we are doing and directors can receive their reports.
Another very important factor would be the fact that everyone is on the same page which means that if and when we need assistance with the sale, the “top level” understands what is happening with that account as they know at what level we are with that particular deal & assist easier, without chasing us for information first.
Administration staff can easily add appointments for us into the system as we are all linked, capture new prospect information with tasks for us to follow up on – without us even being in the office. This way we contact our prospects asap, rather than making them wait!
So, mobility is key. Most mobile phones already have internet access these days, so why not just access your database from your phone?
If you are in the coffee shop with your laptop open and running on their Wi-Fi you can also just as easily update your meeting information right there and then.
Why not try MaxCloud CRM for yourself?
